Easy start to the day with a Black Ball ride from Port Angles WA to Victoria BC.
Road northwest to Port Renfrew BC then to the east coast of Vancouver Is and north to Nanaimo BC.
Had dinner with Mike and Joy who live north of Nanaimo; they were perfect hosts, thanks so much! Arrived at our hotel after dark, the deck clerk had parking for us held with cones.

Looks like a fine start.
Port Renfrew is a place I have wanted to go to by land this year. I have been there by boat. I enjoyed the drive up the eastern shore of Van Isle in the past. Hope you have a great ride.
